Angela Evelyn Bassett was born in the United States. In the last decade, Angela Evelyn has worked in television and film. The actress has won several awards, among them sixteen NAACP Image Awards. Bassett was born in New York New York and fostered by an aunt in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett relocated with her twin sister in St. Petersburg Florida at five years old to be near their mother, who was separated from their father. In the year 1980, Bassett was graduated from Yale University New Haven Connecticut with an undergraduate degree in African American studies. She was also awarded a degree by The Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. They married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. at Yale's School of Drama. granted a Master of Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett back in 1980. The school she attended was the following schools: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for seventh graders, Azalea Middle School for the 8th and 9th grade in addition to Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett has been cast in one the leading roles of Ramonda for the action adventure movie i.e. Black Panther: Wakanda forever (2022).
